Objective
:
  • To produce  highest percentage of graduation
  • To produce graduates with good academic performance.
  • To produce maximum University rank holders.
  • To produce high academic performance in the University Examinations.
Roles
:
  1. Planning and preparation of Academic Calendar.
  2. Planning and designing of internal tests, analysis in association with EMC, suggestions for improvement.
  3. Analysis of Anna University Examinations, suggestions for improvement.
  4. Academic Performance Index (API) evaluation of faculty.
  5. Student feedback on faculty – review and action taken.
Outcome
:
  1. High percentage of graduation: 84.30 % (4918/5834) - UG & PG
    (from April 2013 to April 2019)
  2. Producing University ranks: 268 ranks – UG & PG
    (from April 2013 to April 2018)
