a. There will be one 1st prize, one 2nd prize, one 3rd prize and five consolation prizes ( certificates only).
b. If there are teams scoring the same marks, cash award will be divided between the teams;
c. Winner should present their IDs and copies for identification purpose when receiving their award;
d. Cash award will be given in the form of Cash .

a. A maximum of 5 five members of final year UG students are permitted for a team.
b. Each team should make only one entry; c. Only one registration is permitted for a team.
c. Mingling of students from one team to another will not be permitted in future.
d. A one page document should be submitted as Report describing their designing
method including their Name address, contact number, mail-id,UG degree ,college name
e. The team members may be guided by faculty of their respective departments . A faculty
may be permitted to guide more than one team.
f. All the entry can be submitted with proper channel ( through the Head of the department/
Principal)
g. It is mandatory to prepare the theme of Content in original .
h. Tentative duration of presentation time be 5 to 10 Mins (subject to change)
i. All participates should bring bonafied certificate / ID-card from their respective college
to participate in the event without fail.
j. The evaluation and decision of External judge is final.
