State Level Technical Symposium.

About Us

The MCA Department has started Students Association 'EITA'-Emerging Information Technologist Association in the year 2002. This association was started with a vision of motivating students in par with current Trends and Technologies of the IT industry. Every year we organize State Level Technical Symposium - VYUHAM for the students to enhance the multi skills . The Symposium has organized to foster technical competence among students in their domain. The VYUHAM'19 will be a open platform for the students to present their innovative ideas and develop technical skills of Heterogeneous participants from various academic Institutions. We delightfully welcome you all to examine yourself in different areas on September 27th 2019.

Events

CLASH OF BRAINS (HUNTING)

RULES:
  • The maximum number of participants per team should be two.
  • Any number of teams per college can participate in this event.
  • The decision of the judges will be final.
  • The rules are subject to change.
ROUND-1:
  • Time - Duration: 25 minutes.
  • Participants should guess technical words based on given images as clues.
  • Number of questions will be 25 and each question must be answered within 1 minute.
  • Top scorers of this round will be qualified for “Round-2”.
ROUND-2:
  • Time - Duration: 25 minutes.
  • Participants should guess technical words based on given images as clues.
  • Number of questions will be 25 and each question must be answered within 1 minute.
  • Top scorers of this round will be the winners.
  • If there is tie, it will be resolved in a tie breaker.

FLASH ANIME (ANIMATIONS)

RULES:
  • Two participants per team.
  • Time duration: 1 hour.
  • Theme will be announced on the spot.
  • Internet facility will be provided for downloading images.
  • Improper use of Internet will lead to disqualification.
  • Round-2 may be conducted depending on the number of participants.
  • Any number of teams per college can participate in this event.
  • Judges decision will be final.
  • The rules are subject to change.

BRANDALISM (AD ACT)

RULES:
  • A Team should contain minimum of 3 and maximum of 5 members.
  • Topics will be given 5 minutes earlier to the event and the participants are allowed to prepare within that time minutes.
  • The team should perform in 3 minutes and queries will be raised for 2 minutes.
  • No Politics and obscenity are involved (If so, the team will be disqualified on the spot).
  • The rules may subject to change.
  • Judges decision will be the final.

CUATRO CARAS (NALAVATHARAM)

RULES:
  • Only one participant can participate at a time.
  • The time given for a participant is 3 minutes.
  • Participant has to perform the following activities at a time,
    • Sort out the alphabet cards shuffle on the table.
    • Memorize the number of hits hit by the third party.
    • Remember the color clothes which are transferred from one location to another location.
    • Answer the questions logically raised by the judges.

DIRECTOR SHOW (SHORT FILM)

RULES:
  • Members of the team should not exceed 5 and minimum of 3 is mandatory.
  • Duration of the Short film must be 5 minutes.
  • The Participants must prepare their film in one of the following topics,
    • 1. Happiness
    • 2. Sorrow
    • 3. Comedy
    • 4. Rocking
    • 5. Excitement
  • The suitable title must be given and must not deviate from the topic.
  • The film must be in high quality video and high clarity audio.( Format:mp4, AVI).
  • No Politics and obscenity are involved (If so, the team will be disqualified).
  • All the participant(s) or the team must have acted in the film.
  • The film must be uploaded in the given website by following the options in the website.
  • As the event is an offline event, the participant should upload video file before on 22.09.2019.
  • Any number of teams per college can participate in this event.
  • Judges decision will be the final.
