General Instruction

 

        •  All the participants are required to be present at the venue 15 minutes before the commencement of each event.

        •  Regarding the results of the competition the decision of judges will be final.

        • Teams are requested to inform in advance to the coordinators, about the arrival date and time and their team size.

        • Care must be taken to strictly follow the timing.

        • Any form of miss conduct & indiscipline from the participants will result in termination of the team or college from the participation.

        • All students must have their college ID card to attend and participate in events.
